This place is a joke!!!!!!

My computer died randomly about a week ago, and I had contacted a few repair places like Geek Squad and some of the other places around town, and they all told me it would be a $300 or more ordeal to get it fixed. I called Brownie's and they quoted me $80 to get it fixed. Lo and behold, the problem was the processor had come loose and bent a pin during a move, and they fixed the bent pin and re-installed the processor for just the $80 they initially quoted me, instead of charging for a new one, which they could have.



Pros: Extremely honest and transparent service, they told me exactly what they did, in detail, and were quick about it.



Cons: I had to drop my computer off at their shop, they charge a pick-up / delivery fee.

I just wanted to leave a review for Brownie's. They did a wonderful job getting my wine cooler back up and running, even though the Home Warranty company was trying to make it as difficult as possible. Brownie's made the whole experience painless, and I would just like to thank them personally for fixing my wine cooler as quickly as they did.

I have been waiting for six months for them to fix my wine cooler and it is still broken after 600 dollars in repairs. Heading to small claims court.

Terrible! Almost three weeks now waiting for a part that was ordered incorrectly the first time.

Have your 5-year-old do the repair instead. You'll get better service. My warranty company has sent them out 4-5 times & they STILL haven't gotten the thing fixed. They're either a bunch of idiots or scammers. The last time the guy came out, he was complaining the whole time, about his coworker, about our fridge, about everything. Then they called a week later to schedule a time to install the part & they didn't show (or call)!!! We called them to see what happened & they said they didn't get around to getting the part, but didn't explain why they didn't call to cancel! Rescheduled for another day & the same thing happened then!!! I am so disgusted with them & even though it is warranty service, they are wasting my time.

Do not use this outfit to repair any of your appliances. Their scam is simple - repair your appliance with non-OEM parts that fail after 90 days. They only warranty their work for 30 days so you need to get them to fix your appliance several times. In my case, the original work cost almost as much as a new appliance. Brownies in Las Vegas is not a trustworthy operation. Stay away!

Highly recommended - excellent service, professional and fast
