Bronze Cafe first started as a catering business as a way for our chef, Peter, to share his healthy take on classic dishes. Eventually, we got the opportunity to open a storefront that specializes in food and coffee, and we’ve been sharing our healthy eating options with the Las Vegas community ever since.
