WORST OFFICE EVER!!! Dr. Garcia used to be a great doctor till she moved into this office. Now not so great. Front office girls dont know how to smile. I call office manager Sharon to talk about a problem we were having and before I can even tell her the whole thing she starts arguing with me. Nice customer service. This office needs to remember they are a business and there are a million other doctors out there that would love to have my money, and they just got it thanks to Sharon!! It all could have been worked out if people told the truth and acted professional. Your also not supposed to call the doctor if you have any problems. Just to let you all know.

I went to their office to see a PA-C that I have seen in the past at another facility. The insurance lady told me that my insurance was not taken at their office. I had a short conversation with this lady, that I have never been turned away with my insurance. My insurance is either HMO or POS, I promply called my insurance to find out if I was incorrect. Blue cross blue shield told me that they are an HMO provider and POS. My insurance company called them to let them know that I was eligible to conduct business there. My insurance company told me to call back and talk with Nancy, so I did. Sharon called me back from the doctors office to tell me that Nancy does not understand the insurance and that she deals with insurance companies all the time in a nasty tone. I explained to her for the second time that my insurance was ok for their facility. After being talk to rudely I stated that I would find someone else to do business with, she promply hung up on me. This is the first time I have ever written about customer service issues, but I want perspective clients to know what one person is like in this office. This person does not deserve to have a job with any customer service contact, she should be fired!!!!!!!
