Quite a few items in stock but no prices on a lot of stuff which always says to me that they start high then work their way down on price depending on customer. Salesman didn't know what a Canon 16-35mm lens was (asked me twice what sort of lens it was zoom or fixed) and stated they had none in stock. When I pointed at a box on the way out he quickly remembered they cost $2000. I nearly laughed and from the look alone on my face he quickly said $1800 cash. I was polite and said no thanks because they are cheaper elsewhere by several hundred dollars and he just turned and walked away. No thanks for coming in or goodbye. Basic manners go a long way. How a shop like this turns over any money I don't know. The salesman was uninterested, didn't know the products or what he stocked and seemingly even how much the item cost I asked for. To top it off by being rude and just turning and walking away spoke volumes about the customer service and attitude. STAY CLEAR!

Fuuck no that's how I feel

unbelievable selection of cameras and lenses. i have been looking for a nikon 2.8 lens even b&h did not have it. bought one at fair price and got a free filter. continued my trip to grand canyon where i took 650 photos. i will be back

Poor attitude, poor customer service, and the website is not correct. I will never waste my time with these people. Learn to talk to a potential customer like a human being.

This was easiest process I've ever gone through for ordering a sign. I ordered about 1,000 s/f of vinyl wrap and 600 s/f of banner mesh material. I had it proofed, printed and even received it within 3 days after my phone call to them. The prints looks great and the customer service was very on point. I would recommend.

I just used EMI for my trade show booth signage for the MAGIC clothing convention, I was very impressed. I bid this job out to three vendors and have found that the ease of using a local Las Vegas vendor is the way to go. I am very pleased with the backlit vinyls and banners I had printed. I will surely be using EMI for my signage printing needs. Thanks to Ed for all his help.
