I have to say that I Love this store!! The staff are friendly and helpful. I drive from Aliante to shop there for my dogs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have the largest selection of collars and leashes anywhere in town. Not to mention all the high quality foods. When they had the pet food recall the food we purchased there was not on the recall list. I think that says a lot.

Very disappointed.‎ - ‎ - 2010-09-08 I was at Bone Appetit this afternoon and was totally ready to drop some cash on dog treats, toys, etc.. Until, my ten year old, very well-behaved son asked the woman behind the counter if he could use the bathroom. Shockingly, the woman said no. I couldn't believe it, I asked her nicely less than a minute later: "Are you sure he can't use the bathroom?' She stammered and basically said no again. I have never had a store employee or owner deny a child the use of a bathroom. Really? Who does this? Needless to say, from that moment, I decided not to give this boutique my business. In the economic climate of today, store owners and employees ought to be a bit more flexible. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on and make certain that my friends know about how Bone Appetit treats their potential customers. I'm sure other privately owned businesses might have a better appreciation for their customers.
