I give it zero stars...My current tanning facility went out of business and I closed my accountover a month ago. Body Heat Tanning started charging my credit card automatically without authorization. Please be aware they will do this to you. I tried speaking to "Ms. Jackson" in billing and she refused to credit the unauthorized charge and was very rude and unprofessional. I am not a customer and I will never be a customer due to how I was treated.
