We serviced our 2009 328I at Desert BMW due to the convenient location. We are always greeted kindly with proper attention to details and the customer’s needs. Danielle is an excellent service writer, shes understanding, courteous, and prompt. We waited for our car to be serviced and did not wait long. The was washed and detailed also. Thank you Desert BMW.

We were in the market for a new SUV and we test drove several other brands before coming to BMW. The quality of the vehicle's drive, handling, and acceleration of the BMW products is heads above its competiton in the same price range. Albert was knowledgable about BMW's products and helped us make a decison between the X-5 and X-6. We have been happy with our X-5. We have also been very happy since our purchase with Albert's accessibility and follow-up.

My latest BMW is a 545i, it is the third BMW I have purchased from Desert. Over the years we have fully enjoyed our beamers. They have excellent driving ability and there safety features are unsurpassed. I can recommend the sales and service at Desert BMW from personal experience. They truly care about their customers and treat you like family.

Service at Desert BMW is always timely and appropriate. The service folks I've worked with, particularly Danielle K., are professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally responsive with a consistent focus on quality work and customer satisfaction. My 10 years of service experience at Desert BMW has been just great and, without hesitation, Desert BMW has my recommendation.

BMW has by far an unsurpassed record. From my experience of being prompt, on time, and alway listening to my concerns. My experience at service with Danielle for the last 3-4 years have been awesome. I would not change this experience for any other company.

I love the features and look of the BMW's. We chose here to do business because of the overall experience. I have not felt pressured at all. I like that they were willing to work with me buying a vehicle without my husband's consent. Darell was very helpful. We will be back!

Danielle is personable and fantastic. She organizes loaner cars exceptionally well and makes service easy and a breeze. She is also friendly and up front about the service or my car's needs and explains things well to someone.

My experience with Danielle in the service department at Desert BMW is always great. She has NEVER let me down. She always gets my car in and out very quickly, even if its a job that should take a long time. She also always gets it cleaned. Thanks a ton.

My service is excellent! Since day one when I bought my BMW, Danielle was great she told me things as a new BMW owner I did not know like, tire needs, even what my little key read on her computer, because of her knowledge. I did not even know my sunroof was not working. She is effiencent with returning phone calls and very perfessional. She is the service advisor of the day and month. I very much appreciate her and her team.

Darell Cox is above and beyond the most professional sales person I have ever encountered. Desert BMW is lucky to have him . He is very fair, knowledgeable and most important honest.

The service from Danielle is the best, she has helped me twice and has saved me money both times. I don’t have a warranty so its hard for me to service my car now. I am so happy for her services, she is very nice and friendly. Thank you for all of your help Danielle, you will make a great store mgr in the future.

Yes, I drove 300 miles to get the quality I deserve!

It is not often that the dealer delivers a "used car" from Las Vegas to some guy in Arizona, but then again Desert BMW appears not be the norm. My dealings with Eric and Albert were very pleasant to deal with. I wish I could say the same thing about Albert's ride when delivering the car.....the autobahn is in Germany.....once it is in their blood, a wide open road can be dangerous. The tickets were a bummer and I hope in small way the dealership will cover his back on the fines.

Albert Weisser is one of the good guys who just wants to do the right thing for the dealership and the customer, hard to find in this day and age. In my business I always take care of the people who go the extra mile. Albert is one of those guys who understand that half measures avail him nothing. You guys are very lucky to have Albert working at Desert BMW.

Danielle is the best she is always does all she can to help me as a BMW owner. She is always flexible and has all the info I need about my car. I would never want another assistant to help me. She does everything that I ask and always does a follow up to make sure all is ok. 5 YEARS of nothing but wonderful service at Desert BMW.
