Besides the salesman being very helpful at this location two years ago everyone else that works there, service department along with the general manager Eric Ziegenbein they are AWFUL! Every time I have to take my car in to get serviced or a minor thing like coolant filled they come up with phony charges when my lease should have covered everything they've also tried to pull that with my friends) . The service man Rich Tarno was rude to me from the start and then gave me attitude when I called to get a status report on when my car will be done. He then told me that they do not provide a curtesy vehicle anymore and to figure out how to get my car. Once Eric the GM called me he then gave me attitude and was extremely rude to me after I was trying to explain calmly what was going on and then told me to turn in my BMW and not to get another, you're damn right I won't! and neither will my friends! WORST GM AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS THE GM, AND HE SUCKS!

I was attending a conference in Las Vegas after driving in from Southern California. Two days before I planned to drive back to San Diego, my X1 went into park twice lights and gave a transmission malfunction indication. I decided to bring the car into BMW of Las Vegas instead of trying to make the drive and risk being stuck somewhere in the high desert. Yanni and the BMW team correctly diagnosed that it was a battery issue and fixed the car in less than a day. I was glad that it was not a transmission issue. The battery had 5 years and 70,000 miles on it. It was due for a replacement. If I ever have BMW issues in las Vegas, I will go to BMW of Las Vegas.

Desert BMW was overall awesome. Wish my car was done faster but I understand. My service advisor Evan Levy was great. Informed me of all things needed now and in the future. Offered his assistance with a rental car. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I would NEVER go here for service.
The staff is rude, unprofessional , and makes no effort to complete your service timely or properly. They will make things in your car WORSE than they were before.

First of all We read all the tremendous reviews online. So we thought of heading to Desert BMW and experience it for ourselves. boy how true it was! We're very happy with the service provided and the friendly staff. We were given a good test drive, a great explanation on the vehicle ect. Our sales representative, Larry was truly amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable he knew everything about the car (X5),which we purchased. He was a great help and took good care of us.

I got a car from Desert BMW about 3 months ago. It was a certified used 325 and I just loved it. About 3 weeks ago I had a few issues with the car. And then it had another one and then a flat tire. Then one morning it didn’t start. It was one thing after another and I was just fed up. When I went in to speak to the MGR I told them my issues and they addressed them in the correct fashion. I had a loaner car and it was a different model them mine. When I went back to get my car everything was fixed at no cost to me but at that point I wanted the other model. They were able to work me a deal on the same car that was my loaner and my payment stayed the same. Im so glad I went with the Desert Automotive Group, they really stand behind there customers.

I recently went out and purchased a new BMW. I was impressed by how professional they were and the great service that the sales person provided me. They were very knowledgeable of their vehicles and knew what they were talking about. They had a smooth and easy financing process they were quick and very informative. They were great and went far and beyond my expectations.

My interaction with Albert Weiser during the research and negotiation process were very efficient. He did not pressure my decision and was both available and responsive to requests for information about the vehicle. Post sale; Albert has been very helpful in responding to me about the vehicles features. I've already recommended Albert to colleagues and will continue to do so.

I choose Desert BMW for many reasons, but mainly becuase their service department is well managed. They take the time and efffort to help and fix what needs to be fixed. Alondg with that I trust this dealer, I have purchased 3 BMW cars from this location. Danielle in service is hands down amazing. Its the best experience every time.

It does show when a company hires people who are willing to do whatever the guest needs. With my experience with Las Vegas BMW it was clear to me that this was what they did. I did not feel as I had to do anything I did not feel okay with. They were very pressure free, they even let me and my husband go for a test drive by ourself. Needless to say we ended up purchasing.

I have to be honest: I was hesitant to even buy a car in this economy. Once I stepped into BMW of Las Vegas, I knew i was in the right place. The main reason I am with BMW is because of my service advisor Danielle Karley! She has been absolutely wonderful since the first time I met her. I have been a BMW owner for four years and could not imagine not having Danielle as my service advisor. I recommend her to the fullest so glad Desert BMW hired her!

We trust that our vehicles would be properly serviced at Desert BMW. These days it is hard to fine honest work outside of Desert BMW. Desert BMW gave me a great deal on a new car. I wasn’t sure about what car I wanted but they made it easy. They showed me all the different features of different cars and the BMW mostly came out on top. Then I test drove a Lexus and then a BMW and there was a huge difference. Im glad they informed me and didn’t try to per sway me. Great way to keep a happy customer.

Desert BMW have so of the nicest cars in Vegas. The selection they have is like no other and most of the cars are very reasonably priced. If your looking for a new car and want a nice one, you have to stop by here and take a look. I can almost promise they have a car you will fall in love with..

Desert BMW gave me a great deal on a new 3series. It was my first BMW and I was super excited. The service while I was there was great and the sales staff are really friendly and knowledgable about there product. My salesmen came out to show me all the bells and whistles the car had and how to use them. This as the first time any car salesmen spent time with me after they got the sale. It as very reassuring that they are here for me and to make sure I am happy.

Desert BMW has the best service dept. Every time I go there they have a loner car for me also it’s a nice one. They make sure to keep me updated throughout the day to let me know what’s going on with my car. They let me know when the car will be ready and I never have to wait for it. I really enjoy having my car serviced here.

Desert BMW on Sahara is awesome. Located almost in the center of Vegas. Its 10/15 minutes from anywhere. If you are looking for a new or used car you definitely have to stop by here. I did look around and most of all the other dealers are overpriced.
