Lisa and her son Justin came to service my new pool after it was just newly replastered. They told me all the parts I needed to get for my pool and after I bought everything they told me to get, I received a surprise email from Lisa saying they will not be servicing my pool. There was absolutely no explanation as to why and I'm shocked this is how they treated me as a new customer after coming to service my pool one time. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED at the treatment after I spent hundreds of dollars buying everything they recommended and can only image there's foul play here. I feel there's prejudice happening because there was no reason to drop my pool. I'm still in shock that they left me hanging the way they did. Definitely not professional and lack of good customer service. Not to mention, I'm still waiting for my refund.

SMH save yourself the trouble and go to a company who will do you right from the start and not have you spend unnecessary money.
