I write this today as the owner of Blue Fire BBQ, coming across some of the reviews amongst the various web sites such as Yelp, and Google just to name a few. I must address these negative comments which state falsified information. Although the reviews are negative, which there are a handful, I would like to inform everyone that the truth has not been told. The truth surrounding the events that took place have been severely twisted and manipulated in an effort to hurt and destroy the reputation of me along with Blue Fire BBQ my business.



The reviews which have been made about a wedding reception have been manipulated, dishonest and exaggerated, in addition I would like to point out that the comments and reviews being made have been done by the same small group of people. I could very easily clear things up right now, however I am a business owner and I have chosen to remain professional and not stoop down to their level. Although I will point out that in Blue Fire BBQ there is surveillance footage which shows the actual events that took place. As I speak about the surveillance footage it should be known that there is footage of two large men who were sent by this wedding party to intimidate and coherence me.



Another review which I have found and came across mentions events that took place during a social networking mixer. The social networking mixer was a get together of various bloggers to help promote Blue Fire BBQ, and all attendees were invited by me. Again the truth regarding the events surrounding this social networking mixer have been misleading, not disclosing the actual events of that night. For any person, and or business there is to be a level of respect that needs to be given to one another at all times. Various members who attended the social networking mixer failed to display the proper respect to my staff at Blue Fire BBQ, at one point the guest threw money at me. I do not wish to sound repetitive but again the Blue Fire BBQ surveillance footage has documented the actual events which took place.



I would like to take this time to encourage everyone to read all of the other reviews that do not mention the wedding party, and you will see that Blue Fire BBQ is in fact a very good restaurant. At this time I would also like to invite everyone who is curious about Blue Fire BBQ to come join us and have a few drinks at the bar, or perhaps lunch or even dinner, as I assure that you will not be disappointed.

Ok, after seeing all of these obviously paid off reviews, I feel the need to write. This is the absolute worst attempt at BBQ ever. The brisket was all dried out, the ribs were dry and had no flavor, the Mac and cheese was obviously walmart easymac or something worse. If you want a nice empty place to eat at, this is the place. I drive by it at least twice a week and there is NEVER more then two cars in the parking lot. My wife & I swear it must be a front for some sort of illegal activities because the food is not edible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My friend who is a contractor told me about the. Blue Fire BBQ reest. how beautiful it is

from out side & inside,I was so excited to see how it looks, in short it was worth of my time

so so nice clean & well decorated.

we decide to spend some time to enjoy the cleanest bar & rest we had dinner & drink

we enjoyed it, especially their ribs and grilled salmons was so delicious they make it

from scratch the server told us they don't use Micro wave

I will go back for sure!!!
