When ordering the associate was nice enough. When the decorative valence arrived it was not the same style as pictured and the mounting hardware was missing. After several phone calls and emails the hardware arrived 2 weeks later. The offer was made to return item however after reading the return policy I realized that the 25% restocking fee + the additional 50% because item wasn't returned in original shipping package + shipping would not cover the $50 cost of items.

Don't expect item to arrive as pictured or customer service after the order.

I did find the exact item on Paylessdecor.com for less money with great customer service and free shipping!
