No respect for their clients time or a sense of urgency in n resolving an easy legal matter

RIP OFF!
They charged me for a consultation which makes it so you almost have to use them. Set up a trust, could have gotten it done for way cheaper and they took way to long. Please, when they try to charge you a fee just to see them, go somewhere else.

My complaint with the Nevada State Bar about how Black and LoBello attorney Tisha Black Chernine mishandled a real estate matter in District Court includes what I think qualifies as unethical conduct and gross incompetence. Therefore, I would not recommend Black and LoBello or Tisha Black Chernine for legal representation of any kind.

I have to personally disagree with all the negative comments below. I have been client of Black & LoBello for little over a year now and they are the best of the best! Michele was top notch when it came to handling my divorce. She is great and so is Black & LoBello

The biggest rip off firm there is. They way over charge. Lobello's husband lost his law license and went to prison for tax fraud. These are the type of people you are dealing with. DON'T GO THERE. There are lots of better law firms

I would first like to disagree with the two reviews above, it sounds like they are taking their anger out from a bad divorce on their attorney. I have recently sent numerous of my clients (I am a real estate agent) to Black & Lobello for their short sale program and I can tell you every single client has been more than satisfied, and more importantly, they have achieved the results they were looking for. I would recommend this firm!!

Stay as far away from this law firm as possible. Michele LoBello and her firm are rip off artists. They charge you for services never performed and have a terrible work ethic. You will be in the poor house if you become a client of theirs, guaranteed.
