They scheduled a delivery with a window time of 1pm - 5pm. The delivery guys showed up at 9:30am and dumped the appliance in my garage (they were supposed to install it). When I called to complain things went from bad to worse. Dorothy was obnoxiously rude and began yelling at me about how they were saving me time by dropping it off early. She also refused to put me in contact with the owner when I asked to speak with him. The appliance they dropped off has stains all over it - looks like someone ate breakfast on it before delivering. I honestly can't believe this place is still in business.

Shame on you Billoyd's Appliance.

I bought a nice washer/dryer set from them. It was great quality looked to be damn near brand new. They delivered on time. I have also bought a deep freezer from them too. I had minor problem with it one time and they came out and repaired it asap at no charge. I didn't experience any of the problems others have. Customer Service was great too.It's usually handled by a guy. I go here all the time now.Prices are great. and have sent others to them too.

Had an appointment for today between 12-5. I told them I would meet them on my lunch break if they called me once they were on their way. Around 2 I called and they rescheduled me for Thursday morning. I've been waiting and they couldn't even call! I ask them if they can come today because tomorrow I have school and he says nope. Well great another week with no washer.. At least I see they do this with other people and not just me. How do you run a business like this!? I will never recommend this company. 1 star was too much for this company.

Billoyd's Appliance responded in a very timely manner and was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company that needs any appliance repair.
