I hired Billiards N More to troubleshoot an arcade game I bought. Made an appointment with them and was told they would be there sometime between 10 and 12. Cost would be $125. I called to confirm the appointment at around 10:30 am and secretary confirmed and said they would be there. Waited until almost 1 pm and no show. Called the store again and no answer. Got a call back from Mark and asked why no one came. He said he'd find out and call back in 5 or 10 minutes. He never called back. Can't recommend a company that doesn't do what they say.
