I called to make an appointment to get my tires balanced and aligned. I was informed that I did not require an appointment and that everyone was first come first served. If you have nothing better to do all day then to wait in a waiting room, then this is the location for you. I brought in my car at 11:30 AM and was given an estimate of 45 minutes, one hour MAXIMUM. I did not leave that shop until 2:30 that afternoon. Not only was I grossly misinformed about the waiting time, the car still pulls to the left when I am driving. Because of the warranty I purchased with my tires for balancing and alignment, I am trapped into returning to Big O. I am going to the store on S Jones tomorrow and hopefully receive better customer service and quality of work performed.
