They came and measured price was way below the rest. I gave a deposit, but I changed my mind 12 hrs later called them to tell them and not to cash ck as I was stopping payment. They still tried to cash the check, really.

The owner came to my home with one of his guys, explained, measured, and provided an estimate in under an hour. I was happy with the quality of the sample he brought and the overall price so I ordered custom shutters for every window in my home; 25 total. They took about 5 weeks from order to installation and they look great!! The two installers Derrick and Kain were very professional and the installation took about two hours. Love my new Best Buy Shutters!!

It worth it to pay a little more and go with a good company. We used this company on our last house and after few months the shutters started to bow. Luckily, they promised us a lifetime warranty.... Unless anything goes wrong. They refused to fix them and we were stuck with the problem. What a waste of thousands of dollars. On our current house we used Sunburst Shutters. They costs a little more, but you get what you pay for.

They tell you 2-3 weeks, try 2-3 months. Was preapproved for 12 month financing and they charged my CC for the entire amount. When you call and try to talk to anyone, they hang up.

Buyers beware of this very deceptive small joke of a business and they're frequent scams. I was burned by them approximately 6 months ago under a different company name of Blinds Outlet. Since then I have realized Marcel Wartenberg (my sales rep) was also connected to Best Buy Shutters by conveniently working for both companies and its owned by his brother Gary Wartenberg. These bozos along with Danny the other brother have been creating businesses building them up and then just folding them after they have collected hard earned deposits just to reopen under new business names. I am informing the public because it is wrong what they did to me and I am currently seeking legal action. Best Buy Shutters has many aliases and I warn everyone to be very careful not to get caught up in getting burned. Around the corner from where Blinds Outlet was is now Shutters 4 Less which is the newest company. Best Buy Shutters also goes by the name of Discount Shutters to try to hide who they are. Buyer beware and use extreme caution, do your research.

very reasonably priced and a great product they look fantastic i went to their showroom/factory and was deffinately impressed! i have to say the majority of shutter companies i went to originally were just like middle men making a quick buck ordering some inferior chinese product that i was told would take two months to get!! so needles to say i bought american and havent regretted it for a minute very proffesional decent people ill always be a customer thanks guys for a terrific job!!

I just had the last of my shutters installed and they look great! I ordered only 10 days before I closed on my house and I got them in about 2 weeks after actual move-in. The shutters came in about 3-4 days later than originally projected, but compared to the delays I've heard about w/ other companies I think 4 weeks and 4 days is reasonable. Also, to be fair I almost gave them a 4-star because a few of the measurements were off and they couldn't complete the installation on the first scheduled day. However, they were very apologetic and took care of the problem quickly. I had the new shutters in by the end of the following week (i.e. today) and could not be happier. I don't know what happened with the other customers on this site, but I got exactly what I paid for (nice shutters at a great price) in an acceptable time frame.

Talked their product up way high and said that it would be in over a month before it was actually implaced. When I called several times the lady kept saying she would call me back in 15 min when she went downstairs to ask about my shutters and she NEVER would call back. SO frustrating. Please use someone else. I still dont even have the upstairs blinds installed yet and they told me they would be in OVER a MONTH ago!
