If I could leave 0 stars, I would!! Don't go here! I called yesterday and spoke to someone who barely spoke English I couldn't really understand what I was saying She then transferred me to Ken Berkeley. I tried getting advice on short sale tax liability. He told me he doesn't give advice to people he doesn't know and that I should go elsewhere. I was amazed that a professional would act this way and bewildered as to how he would get new clients. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to him if he is going to be this rude. No compassion. I think what he meant to say was I don't give advise for free and I could have handled that a lot better than I don't give advice to people I don't know. Luckily for me, I found a different accountant that I will gladly pay to handle my issues.
