I went to Berger and Son looking for some stud earrings. And Donna, one of the sales associates was very patient as I perused the cases trying to figure out what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and very helpful with my earring choices. The store is beautiful and well laid out. I will definitely visit them again.

It always makes my day to walk into Berger & Son's gorgeous shop and see Stuart and Jodi's smiling faces. There is no other jewelry store in Las Vegas that I would ever buy from. The Berger family has a way of making you feel like you've known them for years, even if you've just met. Plus, their jewelry is so stunning that it literally inspires me to work harder so I can buy it all. :D

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI went to Vegas with my boyfriend just for fun! On Sunday Nov. 23, he propose to me. I didnt know he was going to do this. We went to Berger & Son Fine Jewelers and he let me pick out a beautiful halo ring. Three weeks later, two diamonds fell out. I was so upset! We call Berger & Sons and sent the ring to be fixed. It took almost two months to get it back. They said it was defected and had to send it to the manufacture. Berger & Sons were very rude when we would call for an update on the ring. Finally, the ring was back after missing Valentines Day and my birthday. I was super happy to get it back and a month later another diamond fall out and a week after that two diamonds fell out. I went to a local fine jewelry store in Kansas City to try to get it the diamonds replaced. They told me it was a bad ring or a defect. That they never sent it to the manufacture because the ring came back my ring size. They also, told me that the prongs holding the diamonds have been polished too much so they diamonds would always fall out. They wouldnt even replace the diamonds because they would need to clean the ring and if they did more diamonds would fall out. The jeweler at this fine jewelry store did an inspection of the ring and it was a defected ring. My fianc tried to get a refund from his credit card. We got it at first, but the owner of Berger & Sons told them no refund. So, they just sale bad jewelry and ruined my whole proposal. I have never being married or propose to. This was supposed to me the best moment of our relationship and it was ruined by Berger & Sons. They could have offered us an exchange, but they didnt!!!! Terrible business and terrible people own it! Thanks for making my Vegas trip turn into a terrible experience. Buyer Beware!!!
