I guess I'm the only one disagreeing on here, unless (like Hector Hernandez below) everyone works for the company. Hector is the manager at the Merlayne complex in Henderson. I know this because I've spoken to him. Also, review number 3 underneath me by Raul Cuevas is a fake..He's the manager there! The one UNDER Raul is also from Bella Estates! They didnt even try to hide that one LOL

But here's our experience:

1) The first night we were there, there was a multi unit BRAWL that started with the apartment above us. Police were called. Raul told me that that's never happened before and talked us into staying (because we wanted to be OUT of there). We gave it another shot and lo and behold, the police (and one ambulance) were there 4 more times that week. Turns out, the neighbor above works for the company, and according to Gabriela in the office, have received NUMEROUS complaints.

2) They moved us to another unit. This one was old and run down..Dirty carpets, broken toilet and a back door that doesn't lock. They PROMISED us that all the issues would be addressed. Not only weren't they addressed, we didn't have heat for SIX days. Six. In December. There are shady characters that were hanging out by the soda vending machine right outside our bedroom at all hours, and the people next to THAT unit were loud drunks.

3) No one believes in leashes. NO ONE. My kid couldnt even play outside because it was too dangerous. Even the manager Raul lets his dogs off leash. No one cleans up and there is dog crap everywhere. The "playground" also had off leash dogs running around when there are TWO dog areas. Big dogs too.

4) Gabriela promised us a full refund so we could get the hell out of there, but we only got our $500 deposit back. They charged us for a full month's rent even though were were only there 2 weeks (and a handful of those days had to be spent at a hotel due to no heat)

5) We have written to them several times to find out when we can expect the rest of our money, and they are just ignoring us completely. No response whatsoever.

6) The laundry rooms are DISGUSTING.. Filthy..If you see the office, the office is BEAUTIFUL..and the apartments are gross. Total disconnect.

If you are a party animal who works or plays at the casinos, and you have no kids, and you feel that your dog should run free like the wind, then this place is for you. It is a dive.

By the way, there are homeless people who camp out in the parking lot of the complex collecting cans out of the dumpsters. They have to eat too, but one of them was really nasty and yelling drunk.

*BUYER BEWARE: These apartments are NOTHING like the pictures posted on their website! moved into Bella Estates Apartments, from out-of-state, needing immediate residence. There were several issues with the property after the original management left. For starters, the property became absolutely FILTHY. Crime became a daily occurrence; cars are getting broken into on a daily basis Drug dealers and prostitutes use the car ports for business. No security at all. This place is a dive for the money you should move to another place in a better part of the city. I no longer live there!

Great location; They been remodeling these apartments they totally look different inside not what I expected for the price. I did my research before I sign the lease I was impress when they actually showed me the actual apartment not just the model unit.



It's a fair price and a great location to be away but close enough to the city. Your only 10-15 minutes away from the strip and UNLV,



Nice whole in the wall sports bar Ace's & Ales just behind the property it's like a london pub with great food *Take-Out* Too....



Everything is so convenient... Super Wal-Mart just 3 blocks away



P.S. Sam's Town has a free shuttle to the strip & Freemont (Downtown Vegas)

“Comfortable, Clean and Convenient”

I look at several apartments before deciding on this one. It’s located in the south east area of town, great place if you want to save money and be at a convenient location since it only takes a few minutes to get to all areas of town I needed something central since I have to drive to different parts of the city. I didn’t want to over spend for just a place to live since I’m not home most of the time especially since I live in Vegas. There are about 5 different local casinos within 5 minutes of each other. They have bowling alleys, movie theaters, restaurants, stores. They have a super Wal-Mart just 4 blocks down by the casino. There’s a small hole on the wall sports bar with a good kitchen behind the property Ace’s & Ales. You can always walk home if you need to get take-out? They have several major bus lines that pass just two blocks down by the casino if you don’t have a car?

It takes 10 minutes to walk home from Sam’s Town or It’s just 3 blocks away from the property if you decide to drive, So far It’s a great location.

Location is amazing.... Sam's Town Hotel & Casino is within walking distance, It's only 2 blocks away and several other major casinos in the area are just 3 to 5 MInutes away from each other. Boulder Station, East Side Cannery, Arizona Charlies and Several other near by restaurants and places to go. Super Wal-Mart, Chase, Albertsons, Food 4 Less, Smith's ,ect.... Several major RTC transit lines are near by... You can get to everywhere from here everything is 15 minutes away. Property: Its clean & very quiet I been living here since 2010 Everything is great. Apartments: They have made several changes to these apartments since the *New ownership & Management took over the property. They offer up-graded units at $555 with everything remodel in the unit *2 tone pain, Crown molding, New flooring, New Black appliances* Can't beat this deal for everithing that you get !
