Have used Bell Trans for years and always on time for pick up with clean mini buses. The only glitch this year was dealing with the idiots at Flamingo Hotel. They have signed an exclusive access policy with another transportation company that forbids Bell Trans to pick up and drop off at the Flamingo Hotel. So if you use any other transportation company, you have to walk about 2 long blocks. Flamingo Hotel is horrible and old with loose carpeting in the hallways and the old solid state tv's. Spoke to their manager and she was useless in trying to accomodate us. We were there for a hockey tournament and they expected us to hump our heavy hockey bags the 2 long blocks. They said we could use bellmen to transport and I said ok, but no tips because ignorant Flamingo policies should not cost the customer.

After reading several reviews about this company I thought I had made the worst decision. When we arrived in Las Vegas, on a Friday night, Our driver was waiting for us right at the bottom of the escalators (even though our luggage was on the other end of baggage claim) with a sign. He helped get all of our luggage and offered to take us to a cheaper liquor store than the one that was at the airport. When it came time to leave, our driver was right on time at our hotel and ready to go. I cannot explain how happy I was with this company! We had two different limos and both of them were immaculate and efficient!

I booked this surprise for my fiancé's bday! He loved it! The drive showed up with a sign as requested with his name on it. It was a true movie moment and for the price- it was well worth it. The driver drove us to some great spots on the strip and then dropped us off right at the door of our hotel. It was a great experience and the limo driver was super kind! I hope to be back once the pandemic clears.

I finally had a good experience catching a shuttle at the Las Vegas Airport. I was running late to make it to meeting at the start of a convention. The taxi line was long and I was worried that I would have the usual wait in a shuttle bus for it to get full. I went ahead and bought a shuttle ticket with Bell Trans. When I told the lady at the stand that I was running late, she pulled a miracle. She let me hitch a ride in one of their limos that only had one passenger. The passenger was cool with me riding along. I was able to save a lot of time and made it to my meeting with only a couple of minutes to spare.

Claudia was on time, put all of our luggage (a lot of heavy ones) in the van. She was super sweet and professional. Crazy cheap service for a pax van! Using it on the way back from Cabo!

I've used Bell for large groups (12-16) many times on five different trips over the years. They have shown up every time on time with good or great buses and friendly drivers. So much more fun to load everyone in a bus to head to a restaurant or downtown to Fremont than to grab cabs. I highly recommend.

Needed transportation from hotel to airport. Prompt response, reasonable price, exactly on time as scheduled. No delays getting to the airport. Taken to correct terminal. Great customer service.

I prepaid for the VIP share a ride for a few bucks more than the bus and had a great experience. I was taken to and from my hotel down town on time and by a professional. Lillian was great and the stretch limo was a shocking plus. I will use again. Thank you Lillian for the great experience.

I'm always impressed with Bell Transportation services but this evening exceeded our expectations. Our driver Jason Monk provided our best experience to date calling my cell within minutes of landing from the baggage carousel. Professional and extremely friendly to family and the car was perfect! We will be using their car services on a more regular basis especially Jason!

John was our driver for my son's 15th Birthday "Las Vegas Strip Tour" for him and nine friends. He was on time and made sure he did everything to make the boys feel like superstars. We are locals and definitely recommend Bell Transportation and would love John to be our driver whenever we use the service again.

This company was above and beyond what I expected when I chose the roundtrip airport to hotel option. The driver was a true pro and the cars were clean and tidy.
The time savings that you get from not having to ride the shared van with all the stops is well worth the slight price bump.

Aloha Las Vegas. We have been using Bell Trans sedan service, for travel to and from the airport, since 2010. It has proven to be a great way to start and end a vacation. This last trip was no exception. Really nice when your flight comes in late, or in the wee hours, and the baggage is delayed, and you just want to be home. Mahalo Daniel! I reserved Bell Trans to ferry us to dinner and our show on my birthday / bachelorette party and we had a blast! Pricing was extremely reasonable, we were able to add on bottles of champagne on the fly, and the drivers were courteous, kind, and patient with us even when we were late for our pickup. They really made the whole night special!

Robert was fantastic ! Right on time. Very sweet, even went out of his way to take a sightseeing tour the Las Vegas sign. He took a ton of pictures of myself and my guest as well to make it a great experience. Highly recommends

I reserved this for my daughter's 18th b'day. RIchard was friendly and professional and polite. He was early to each pick up. They had a great time and he let them play music and have fun as they wanted, yet, I felt comforted knowing he had a child almost their age and would "watch" them.

Bell Trans is the best driver service in Vegas, I have never had an issue with them - drivers are safe and courteous - prices are reasonable. I won't choose any other car service when in town.
