This is a horrible company! I recently moved into a new house and when I wrote a check, I accidentally pulled old checks out of my drawer from an account that was closed! I didn't even notice that it was the old checks, as that account has been closed for over a year now! Now even though I fill out a form with my current phone number and address, this company made no attempt to contact me regarding the bad check. Instead they sent it directly to a Collections Agency! REALLY! Not to mention that the collection notice was mailed to the address on my check, not the address on the order form!



I tried several times to contact this company before this because I had another kid who I wanted to get a class picture, but who forgot to turn in his money. I called at least 4 times. Nobody ever answers the phone there and the mailbox was always full, so I couldn't even leave a message. The time span: pictures were taken in the 3rd week of August, the Collection Agency Letter was delivered less than two weeks later! Who in the world uses a collection agency to collect $35.00 when they have to pay them fees and all they didn't even try to contact me? The collection agency said that the company would not speak to me, even though I said I've been trying to contact me.



I will never order pictures for my son or daughter from this company every again!

Horrible customer service, and the pictures are hardly worth the $60.00 I had to pay for them!
