Bee Green installed my Solar Hot Water Heater two years ago, in addition to adding home insulation and duct sealing. The issue is one of warranty work and customer service after the sale. My solar system began leaking 2 1/2 months ago and Bee Green has yet to service the problem. At first promised service call next day, no show and then the following day, no show. Then no new shedule offered. The only explanation received was; Bee Green Subcontractors who installed my system are no longer in business. How is that a home owner problem and cause for no service? There has been 10 weeks with water leak in the Solar Water heater supply line. I have now spent $700 with two other plumbers to correct the problem. and after spending more than $14000 with Bee Green. Bee Green gives deeper meaning to Buyer Beware for me. There is a reason that Bee Green is not accredited with the BBB, they are not a better business in southern NV.
