I had large cholesterol deposits on both my upper eyelids. They were very puffy, white, (ugly against my olive skin tone) and on my lower lids as well, but much less obvious. I priced out several doctors, and although Dr. Troll was not the least expensive his prices seemed reasonable to me, besides cheaper isn't always better. I only wish I could have afforded to get all 4 lids done at the same time. Not only did he do a great job on my eyes, he is a very nice and caring doctor and went out of his way to accommodate my needs, schedule, and even once met me at the garage at M resort for my convenience just to check my healing progress and save me the trip across town to his office. I'm saving my pennies so I can see him for some other work.

BEWARE! Dr. Troell has been and is currently being sued for MEDICAL MALPRACTICE. You can find the cases in the Clark County District Courts website. You can find photos on this site or on MYSPACE.com under Dr. Troell VICTIM of a patient that suffered PERMANENT DEFORMITIES to her inner thighs because of Dr Troells liposuction, facial/neck disfigurements as a result of the "Lifestyle Lift" done by Dr Troell, and a botched up nose job.Dr. Troell does his surgeries in his office that is not accredited or overseen by any agencies. He does not use a nurse or anesthesiologist instead, he uses the same non-certified staff that answer his phones. The so called "house calls" Dr Troell claims to do were not done for me. His girlfriend that worked in his office (not a nurse) came to check me after surgery. No wonder there are so many people that have issue with Dr Troell.

I had my upper eyes (blephlarplasty) done and had my lips enhanced as well. He is a very nice doctor and did a great job. His costs are not as high as many other surgeons.
