NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL! Beware....Bought a lifetime battery replacement on a watch that needed a battery they replaced it 3 times in2 weeks. The 3rd time they told me they thought something was wrong with the watch. I asked them to try again and this battery lasted 1 year. I took it back and they replaced the battery and it stopped after 1 week and I brought it back they replaced it and I did not leave the parking lot and it stopped again. They once again tried to say it was they watch but this time the one salesperson there got nasty and refused to fix it. I think they use rechargeable batteries and hope that you will leave and not have time to address it again. They do not sell a good product and they do not have customer service. 6 times for a watch thay stopped twice. ARGH!!!!!
