I love shopping at Bath and Body but at the Tropical Pkway location, one of the employees (Julie) just ignored me and did'nt ask me if I needed any help. I had a few things in hand. She just walked pass me and gave a bag to the other customer that had just walked in but still never asked me if I needed any help or if I would like a bag. She just walked to the back of the store and stood there looking at me. Just kept an eye on me the whole time, as I looked around the store. Finally when it was time to check out, some other young lady helped me at the register. As the other young lady stood by and just kept looking at me.

Poor customer service !! I hope this isnt your policy when someone of a different race comes into your store. Shame on you if you did'nt help me base on my look.
