Muppet was so frightened when she first started going to the groomer that her whole body would shake uncontrollably. But after a few visits to the Barking Lot, her shaking stopped. She was no longer afraid. That tells me the most important thing about a groomer. They treat my dog with kindness and respect even when I'm not there. Then there's the other pluses: They do a good job. They are flexible. Their fees are fair. They listen to my concerns and do the job the way I ask them to. There is a reason this shop has been around for 30 years. The people are passionate about their work and about animals and they have hired people that feel the same way. So here is a rating of 5 out of 5 stars... well deserved! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Under new ownership much to my dismay. I gave them a try (April 2007) after the new owners took over and when my pets were picked up they smelled awful and their bedding was so dirty I just threw it out. What a shame the prior owners took such good care. I will never take my little ones back and I suggest that you don't either!
