We stayed here and the rooms were simple and nice. Great view, free parking, easy access to the strip and shopping.

Nice hotel.. Had a lot of fun gambling in here. Broke even. Very clean place, I would highly recommend this place.

I didn't even stay in the hotel.
While booking my hotel room online my credit card info was taken.
I called Ballys to ask them to investigate the situation and they did nothing. They told me I couldn't prove it was them. Instead of being concerned about other peoples information and trying to investigate the situation they told me to call the police. That they couldn't help me.
Four of the six people I spoke with were rude and it seemed like they didn't care. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service that I received. I just wanted them to investigate and they said no. Since it was on the website and not in the actual casino they could not do anything to help. Which seems ridiculous.
I tried calling other managers that I was directed to and I'm on day 3 on hearing what they might/not do to address this situation. Still haven't gotten an answer.
Very disappointed.
My friend even vouched for them saying it was a great place. It seems that it is a nice hotel, but if something goes wrong you're on your own.
