This is the first negative post I have ever written about any company ever. I am not a complainer and I have given this company over 4-5 months to make things right with me. Things still have not been fixed!! I spent approximately $11,000 on a cart with BadAss Golf Carts in Las Vegas. The entire process has been difficult and I am not satisfied with the product they sold me. First, the communication is at all times terrible(other than when they are asking for money in an attempt to make a sale). Second, the golf cart I received was not delivered on time. Third, the steering does not function properly (my steering gets stuck when I turn). Fourth, the roof of my cart of slipping offf the metal frame. Fifth, the cart is very slow. Sixth, they won't fix the cart and they will not return my telephone calls. I will likely end up suing them for the repairs to my cart. Apparently, they must believe having to defend themselves in a lawsuit they cannot win is a preferable business strategy to o
