B.E. Handyman of Las Vegas remodeled/ rehabed one of my rental properties that the tenants left in horrible shape. Everything from the trash-out, flooring, interior & exterior paint, plumbing, stucco repair, electrical, wood & tile flooring, walls reframed & drywalled, replacing light fixtures and even landscaping!!! A very wide array of expertice!! I was extremely impressed. I just cut a check for the material deposit & gave colors and basic ideas & they handled the rest. We used Nick for our upstairs bathroom he repaired leaking toilet. Caused water damage to our 1st floor kitchen ceiling. He tiled replaced toilet and replaced ceiling and added recessed lights in the place of the old 1970 fluorescent light fixture. All for a good price and no stress.
