Terrible place to shop. I drove two hours one way to buy a specific camera. When I arrived I asked the woman to show it and she said she wasn't allowed to demo the camera because installing a battery and attaching a lens would prevent them from selling it as a new camera.
I have been buying cameras for over forty years and have never experienced such a lame response, or seen a camera store that didn't have a demo unit to facilitate the sale of a $2K + camera.

How does this place stay in business? I really don't understand it...terrible customer service...Both the manger and the girl working behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads when I asked why their prices were DOUBLE for a Canon 5D Miii and a Nikon D810, what online retailers were selling for...yes 'Authorized' retailers...and that doesn't matter anyway because when I asked about the return policy, I was told that once it leave the store it never comes back...they absolutely will not accept returns...why? It's not like they are selling at a steep discount. Why would anyone buy a camera here? I felt insulted by the staff, the prices, the return policy and the lack of helpful advice....I went in with a pocket full of money to invest in my first truly pro gear...I left with that money...and spent it with reputable online retailers with both factory warranty's and FREE extended service plans and over $1400 less for my Canon 5D Miii...of course I also bought a 70-200 f2.8 IS II, 24-70 f/2.8, a 50mm f/1.2, a Sigma 24-105mm f/4 Art, and MANY odds and ends...plus a Sony A600, FE 70-200 F/4 and several other Sony lenses AND 4 Canon 600 flashes and the remote controller...plus TONS of other stuff...none of the $10,000 I have spent went to this place and not a single dime ever will!

On January 15, 2014 my significant other purchased a camera and some accessories for my birthday and spent $663.58. On January 22 I open the gifts and one of the accessories a camera bag was too small for my needs. I called them and they s...aid “ALL SALES ARE FINIAL” but you can return it and if not damaged I could get a credit; that is understandable. It was a gift so I did not have the receipt which it said all sales are final. There is my gripe! These are gifts and she had no idea what I actually needed besides the camera; GoPro HERO3+ Black Edition. The camera and all of the accessories are available online from the manufacture GoPro at the same cost. GoPro’s policy on all of their merchandise is 30 day money back guarantee. She could have purchased this from the manufacture and had it two days, free shipping, as well as the 30 day money back guarantee and saved the sales tax. I am a local of Las Vegas and will not patronize B&C Camera unless my life depended on it. YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING THERE!!

I went to the store to have the technician look at my camera. I made a mistake by gluing the rubber on my Nikon camera, the door that pops for the cf card got stuck. The technician was like disappointed that I showed up at the store, he totally dickd me around and gave me an estimate that its going to be around $400 to have it fixed. He insisted that its a major repair and he would spend hours and hours to clean it up. He sounded like he hates his job. He said a lot of unpleasant things not related to my camera's problem, even suggesting that I just send it elsewhere. Really??? Never go to B&C.
