Drove 100 miles one way only to be told that they wouldn't demo a $2000 camera because putting a battery in it and attaching a lens would render it unsellable as a new item. I have been buying cameras for 50 years and have never been in a camera store that didn't have a demo of each model and brand camera they carried.
Those people are FOS!

How does this place stay in business? I really don't understand it...terrible customer service...Both the manger and the girl working behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads when I asked why their prices were DOUBLE for a Canon 5D Miii and a Nikon D810, what online retailers were selling for...yes 'Authorized' retailers...and that doesn't matter anyway because when I asked about the return policy, I was told that once it leave the store it never comes back...they absolutely will not accept returns...why? It's not like they are selling at a steep discount. Why would anyone buy a camera here? I felt insulted by the staff, the prices, the return policy and the lack of helpful advice....I went in with a pocket full of money to invest in my first truly pro gear...I left with that money...and spent it with reputable online retailers with both factory warranty's and FREE extended service plans and over $1400 less for my Nikon D810...of course I also bout a 70-200 f2.8, 27-70 f/2.8, a 50mm f/1.8 and MANY odds and ends...plus a Sony A600, FE 70-200 F/4 and several other Sony lenses AND 4 Canon 600 flashes and the remote controller...plus TONS of other stuff...none of the $10,000 I have spent went to this place and not a single dime ever will!

bought a wide angle lens this morning. the salesperson was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. browsed around the store and they have lots to look at. will go back for future photography need!

The answers I received on the phone were,- no- I don't know- I'm not sure- We don't have those in stock, I'm not sure when they'll be reordered.My question was, what kind of Softboxes do you carry.I've been to this store twice, no one cares. Why bother having a camerastore without Customer Relations ?
