Our family has received nothing but the BEST service here at Desert Volkswagen. Tom, Ferris, Stratton, and Roland have always treated us like family and this is why we have come back three cars later. We get sound and smart advice on top of quality service. Our family highly recommends Desert Volkswagen to serious buyers not only looking for the best deal, but for a car you and your family will feel safe in.

My main concern with anything service related is the comfort and trust level that my family has with the service and location. I cannot express at Desert Volkswagen how comforting it is to know your mechanics like John Gove are servicing our vehicle. I service at Desert Volkswagen because it is never a hassle. Everyone here is always so understanding and accommodating. I have never had anyone be rude to me; they are always willing to help their customers. Employees here do a great job with everything and it is always a pleasant visit.

I have always been treated so fairly at Desert Volkswagen. Everyone know who I am and it makes me feel at home and very comfortable. I will not go anywhere else, sales or service. They know what they are doing, how to do it, and do not take advantage of you.

Good prices at Desert VW. Car safety was one of my concerns and they went over all the safety features. The car VW is very eco-friendly and you can always rely on them. I love the car I purchased, and the place I bought it from.

We walked into Desert VW after leaving an unsatisfactory experience at another

dealership down the street and were very surprised by how friendly the sales that greeted us was at Desert VW. Tom O’Malley the salesperson was very helpful. After looking and test driving different vehicles Ton and Farris worked with my husband and I to create a fantastic deal. We loved how straight forward, thorough, and funy they were to make our deal and awesome experience. We loved the experience so much that my husband and I wame back within the same week and bought another brand new car from this dealership. Stratton and Danny were exceptional with organizing all the paerwork on our new Jettas. Thank you Desert VW for taking your time and treating us like family!

Service adviser Roland Wheaton had no problem to lie to my face: I paid for a Fuel Saver Service, $69. It was to include (among other things) an oil change, inspection, tire balance and rotation. It was mainly for the tire service that I chose this service over a regular oil change. Roland Wheaton failed to give me a work order. When it was time to pay I had to ask him for the vehicle inspection sheet. On my invoice I was charged for 49 quarts of oil (my car's capacity is only 5qts!). It didn't say anywhere on my invoice on the inspection sheet that the tires had been serviced and rotated, so I asked Roland Wheaton, specifically, if they rotated the tires. He assured me that they had. Little did he know that before my visit to Desert VW, each of my two rear tires could be easily identified: the tire in left rear was the newest, purchased in November 2009 (with paperwork to prove it) and the right rear tire had an anti-theft valve cover, different from the other three (I replaced it when it was stolen the month before). Much to my dismay, I found both my left and right rear tires in the same place - proof that they hadn't been rotated as Roland Wheaton assured me! It is unlikely that they checked the air pressure and even more likely that other services were never performed that I was charged for!

Ana Gordillo is the best Service Advisor I ever had. I bought another volkswagen just because she works at Desert Volkswagen. She is always very Honest and professional with customers and with me.

John Edelberg is one of THE best and MOST honest people I have ever met and had the pleasure of dealing with. His answers were spot on and he had incredible knowledge of the vehicles we discussed. John has been in the business for a long time and is great at what he does. I have purchased several cars in the last few years and ONLY do business with John. It's unfortunate that people like you are allowed to say such off-the-cuff remarks without any real knowledge of who he is and what he is all about. It would seem to me that you may have some deeper issues that you aren't speaking about and issues that should probably be addressed with a shrink. You should be banned from making comments about people you really don't know. The fact that you commented about a man who doesn't even sell cars but manages a department in the facility is ridiculous. Also...just for anyone who cares to read this...the review of RELIABLE AUTO SALES was written by Steven Ptak...the owner. So that's a review that is completely biased! Such a shame...the real creep is you and you are the one carrying bad karma on your shoulders. Hope you sleep well!

The service advisor Ana Gordillo always tries to push unneeded services at the highest rates on my wife's 2008 Jetta. She completely lied about brake pad replacement and turning rotors needing to be done immediately at $289. I declined so I could get a second opinion. She then said if they are not done immediately, more damage would be done to the rotors (typical service "advisor" tactic). I took the car to JustBrakes on Charleston near Jones and 2 techs said the brake pads had 40% left and the rotors were fine - wouldn't need to have them done for another 10 or 15K. Also, their rate for the same service would be $89 plus tax.



How do the service "advisors" at Desert VW, like Ana Gordillo, sleep at night knowing that their job is to completely take mostly unknowing customers for as much money as possible?

I tried to buy a car at this dealership. I had dealings with John Edelberg. he is liar and a creep. I wouldn't do business with a dealership that hires people like him.

Wow!! These are REAL Volkswagen people with a true passion for Volkswagens. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. They made me feel like family.
