Desert Volkswagen really took care of all my needs when it came to me purchasing a car. They explained all the paper work and reassured me that this was the best deal I was getting. Im very please with all the staff of Desert Volkswagen.

Desert Volkswagen really came through. First they got me approved and they got me a really nice are. If I had anything bad to say about them I would but I cant think of a single thing. They were very nice to me and the paper process was a piece of cake.

I ‘Love’ my VW and the fantastic service I always receive! A VW bug was my first car back in 1969. Over the years I have bought many different cars, makes and models. After over 40 years I came back home to my first love! VW! I had great memories with my first V.W. betel, besides that I have always trusted the engineering, reliability, and the safety. Im so glad the staff at Desert VW knows how to uphold the standards. They are great and just as reliable.

Desert Volkswagen had the biggest selection for me to choose my car. When I finally picked it out I was very surprised with the financing process. It was easy and painless. This is the places to shop for a new car.

Service station is the worst bunch of incompetent mechanics. Took my Jetta in because it was overheating, they insisted on replacing the timing belt in addition to the water pump. A week later the whole engine drops, the passenger side motor mount broke. They replaced the engine with one in even worse shape and kept my new timing belt and water pump. Less than two years later the timing belt broke, broke the header and ruined the valve. And the water pump needs to be replaced. Over $2500 to fix what I originally paid have fixed not even two years ago. Thanks for nothing but a big headache!

I just got my brand new Jetta from Desert Volkswagen. They were very nice and accommodating during the purchase process. Never did I feel pressured at all and I would shop here again.

I go to UNLV and live in the North West. I have been searching for a more fuel efficient car. My Explorer wasn’t cutting it any more. I went up and down Sahara to almost every dealer and couldn’t find anything. Before giving up I stopped by Desert Volkswagen and they had a used rabbit. It was a beauty red and had nice wheels on it. It really caught my eye. I took it for a drive and my hands couldn’t let go of the wheel. I went home with it the same day and the staff were so nice. I really enjoyed my time at Desert Volkswagen and the wait was well worth it.

I came to return my lease and was a bit bummed about it. I really enjoyed the car I had but it was time to move on. When I got there they asked me about my plans on the next purchase. I told them I really liked my car but it was time. They offered me the same payment and same car but only exception it would be a brand new car. I jumped on the chance to get the same car but only a brand new one, at the same payment. Desert Volkswagen has a lifelong customer in me.

I brought my jetta here to get serviced and they did a really great job. The service from the staff was far superior from other places. Not to mention the also gave my baby a wash and she looked amazing. Keep up the great work.

I came to Desert Volkswagen looking for a Jetta. I have owned Volkswagen in the past but for the past 5 years I have been driving a Toyota and I never really was crazy about it. I think it was time to enjoy my car again. When I arrived there I took a look around and found the one I wanted to pursue. The salesman took me for a ride in the car and I was sold. I was looking for a rare car and I couldn’t find one in good condition. I tried a lot of places and one person told me to try Desert Volkswagen. When I got there I told them I was looking for a R32. They sat with me and we did a search in there Desert auto group search. We found one and they had it transferred to Vegas. I’ve built a great relationship with the service team at Desert Volkswagen. We had some challenges at first but it has done nothing but improve to the point that it’s a pleasure to go in for service. They make it as hassle free as humanly possible. This visit was for a simple recall I was in and out in no time and they even washed the car and I received a air freshener- Nice.

I leased a car in Henderson, However after I serviced call and I warranty called, I started searching for other authorized Volkswagen service centers. I found this location, tried it, and have been coming ever since. The technicians have always been very helpful. They gave me all the information to make repair decisions. Drivers of shuttle are also very courteous. I will bring and recommend others to Desert VW for service and/or for a purchase.
