I have used your service before that's why I trust your staff to do the right thing. One time I was there when I came to pick up my vehicle even the supervisor was not happy with the finish he apologized and said no I'm not happy with this sorry we will redo this make it the right way perfect. yes even I had to wait 2 more days its ok that's what I expect. This time , way to many idiots on the road today especially from California no drivers license no insurance.... really....Unbelievable .. Thanks for your assistance, and another great job, highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

At Autonation Toyota collision, I got VIP treatment before and after the completion of my repair. Shane and his team went beyond my expectations in today's world 🙄😊

My vehicle was taken there in Dec. 2021. I didn't get my vehicle back for more than 5 months (not their fault due to parts). Even when getting it back - I still had to and STILL have to return it for more work. They returned a vehicle to me that doesn't have brake/turn signals working properly... to me this is dangerous. Also, there are 3 things still wrong with my car that worked PERFECTLY prior to the accident, that they are trying to tell me were broken before the accident. One of which is my KEYS -- I can no longer lock or unlock my car or open my trunk or start my vehicle normally!! Are you kidding me!! One of my back doors and windows no longer works -- it is the door that I get my granddaughter in and out of everyday -- and they are telling me it was broken before the accident. What a joke!

My experience at Auto Nation Collision Center was great! Kara M. was my Point of Contact and kept me informed about my car’s status from start to finish. ANCC came highly recommended, and I could see why — from the excellent job that they did in painting and installing my rear spoiler to especially the friendly customer service. I am very satisfied with the work that was done! While all of the other customers that I saw had collision repairs to be done, no one ever made me feel like a non-repair service like painting and installing a rear spoiler was too small of a job. They treated my order like it was important too — and it showed by how quick the turnaround was. Melanie the Receptionist was very nice as well, and she always seemed to have a smile on her face, even when talking to her on the phone. She’s really the first impression of the kind of customer service that a customer will get throughout the process, and it’s a really good one. I had encounters with three other employees, and like Kara and Melanie they all were kind, friendly and respectful. They care about people (their customers) so they’re without a doubt going to care about making good impressions with their work.
