Kristy Pewitt manages two properties in North Las Vegas for me. I could not ask for a better representative. Excellent follow up on the tenant's needs, while keeping the landlord's best interests uppermost in her mind. If I had more properties, she would be my first choice as a property manager....and I've experienced others with more available resources.

These people never return your calls I don't know how tgey rent their proerties. I have been trying to reach Lorie for a few week I feel sorry for the landlords trying to rent their properties because they are loosing money.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Telling me that they would take 265$ out of my deposit due to cleaning, after I spent two day cleaning it myself, and making sure everything was to their standards. They wanted to charge me for a roach problem that I was battling the whole time I was there, and even asked them to come out and spray. I had to take time out of work to let someone in for the dishwasher to get replaced, as they should have done that before I moved in. They never call you its always emails. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are worthless and never help you with any problems that you come across. I didn't even stay there the whole 1 year lease term due to the tenants upstairs with thier kids running on my balcony and throwing rocks at my windows, not to mention all the trash they would throw in my front walkway along with the candy and chocolate all smeared on the floor, which lead to more ants and roach problems! They told me tough luck, there was nothing they could do about it! So save your money and go somewhere else, they never help you and they are beyond rude, esp the front office staff...... STAY AWAY!!!!

This company sucks! I almost sued the crap out of the entire company for falsely renting a property knowing the property was in foreclosure and not telling me. When I first came to the Atlas Group I saw a property I wanted and my Realtor was telling me that I was the only one who would get it, due to me the only one going for it, so long story short I was suppose to get the answer the same day, I had to pay a 100 dollar fee up front for the application, so they could run my credit and job status. Later that day I was informed that another person was ahead of me which made no sense, because the landlord running the property for the owner told me and my realtor our faces I was the only one, so either way I received the property, but later I had a bunch of paperwork slapped to my door stating the property was in foreclosure and the bank wanted me and my family out, the Atlas Group denied up and down along with the owners that the property was not in foreclosure, so I went to a lawyer who found out that that was all a lie and that the owners and Atlas Group knew it was in foreclosure, so I left in the property and stayed only 6 months. The Atlas Group sucks and anyone claiming there a good management company is most likely working for the company making those kind of claims! The company sucks and they lie and don't do actual research on the owners property! If anyone had brains no one would bother with this company and save yourself the headache go get a realtor and rent a home through a realtor and the owner, but before you do just speak with the owner and get documents which you can do it is by law. Don't deal with this Atlas Group they all suck!

I had a great experience with the Atlas Group... UNTIL I MOVED OUT. They repainted the whole house at my expense (though most of the rooms didn't need it.) They charged me to put new filters in, even though I provided new filters for them. I was told that I would get a call from a painter and he would let me know what his price would be so that I could decide weather or not to do it myself, but I didn't hear anything until I got their bill in the mail. My wife is really pissed!!!!!!!

The broker of this firm should be barred from practicing real estate ever again.I dealt with 3 different property managers at this place for my 2 condos in Henderson and Las Vegas City. The property managers hire their own contractors (friends) to do work on the units, and SPLIT THE COMMMISSION, unknowingly to the owner. I was getting bills for NECESSARY repairs (painting, etc) $1500 each move out. I came to find out the property manager was hiring his friends, plumbers, contractors, etc. to do the work. and guess what, they were getting cash incentives to do work WHICH WAS NEVER NEEDED. I contacted the contractors board and immediately got refunded for some extraneious work which was NEVER DONE NOR NEEDED. I am currently in litigation with these guys. THEY WILL NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR ANSWER EMAILS> i have heard ridiculous excuses over and over (power outage, email down, sick, broker lost his keys, couldnt get into office)
