It is amazing to me profits are down sales are down and I have been on hold with ATT NEW BUSINESS SERVICE for an over priced internet connection and nobody has answered the phone for 10 minutes and now i am hanging up and moving on. They dont answer the phone for those on hold for new service imagine if i had a problem. what kind of a company does this? if it wasnt for apple att would be bankrupt.
