I found that the ink for our computers seem to last longer. We also received one that didn't work, they replaced it. We also find that they are a lot cheaper.

My experience with this company has always been great! They offer good products at a good price! The employees have always been courteous and attentive to needs and details! Thanks!

I have found assoicated supply products to be relaible. I use their ink cartridges and have never had an issue. They call on a timley basis.

The sales tactics of this company are abusive. My understanding is that they pressure you into trying their product in hopes you will forget to return it so they can then charge you a high rate. I personally never agree to any cold calls regarding any decisions with my business until I’ve stepped back and looked it over. When I asked Josh to email information on the product he started to become more aggressive and accused me of just trying to get him off the phone. This was true because I was currently working. An email with the product, price and reason why they are better would have gone a long way. Even if they do have an ok product they employ many terrible sales reps that are rude and abusive.

Always have great service. Simone keeps up with my cartridges, calls to check on me & understands I'm a small business that doesn't use much ink. Thanks keep up the good work!

So far so good. I get my ink in a timely manner and it works just fine.

Associated Supply has EXCELLENT service. I purchased toner from them and they are so customer service oriented. I've been doing business with them over a year now and I am pleased. Yes, I do recommend them. You will not be disappointed. They really do care.

I have been working with Fred since 2012 and he is a pleasure to work with. What i really like is that he is never pushy or difficult to deal with. I have only had one problem and he handled it for me! I wish everyone i had to deal with was as upbeat and easy to work with.
