We find there are three ways to buy cartridges.1. Refilled cartridges which sometimes do not work but are cheapest option2. Middle of the road where you buy someones else manufactured cartridge3. highest priced but always work is manufactured by manufacture cartridge.We use Associated Supply Company for toner and they do NOT re-fill a used cartridge but manufacture and fill the cartridge. We find this works for us without having to pay the higher price of manufacturers cartridges.

Our sells rep. Bud does a great job for us. He advises us of promotions and honors previously priced quotes. All products are of good quality and are sent out timely. When comparing prices, ASC is equal to or slightly lower on like products.

I have been buying printer cartridges from this company for about a year now. they have great service. They send out the cartridges to me right away and they give me a week or more before I have to pay for them. They are cheaper than office supply stores, too. I am very satisfied with their service from the products to their sales agents. Try them and you will be satisfied too.

I was contacted by Associated Supply a few years ago, and decided then to try the toner cartridge for my Canon printer/scanner/copier. The product worked well and is half the cost of the Canon cartridge at Staples. I have dealt with Sam in my phone conversations, and he has always been friendly, polite and professional. I've purchased more than a dozen of these "Canon" compatible cartridges, and have no complaint.

I was reluctant to try Associated's products because of problems I had in the past with refilled toner cartridges that destroyed my laser printer! I was assured that this would not happen so I gave it a try. Much to my surprise, I am very happy with the product and the service! The toner provides more than 2,000 more copies of good quality. The same is true of the drum! I will continue to purchase Associated products!
