STAY AWAY, this is horrible company that doesn't take care of their business. Cartridges are useless and don't work, and there is the POOR Customer service and it starts at the top with the OWNER PERRY BINEN and continues down to their staff.

Associated Supply has become my one place to shop for toners and ink for the past 4 years.. This company has good prices, excellent service, and terrific sales people (especially Mario) to help with all your needs. Recommend them to all of your friends to insure their continued success as the number one place to order toners.

I have been ordering from Associated Supply Co. for the past six years and have saved a ton of money on the reman-samsung toners. Only 1 issue in 6 years and it was replaced immediately. The cartridges come right to my door and I don't need to leave my house. Also, I like not being obligated to order each month (like most of the other companies make you do.) Very happy with the product and service.

I AGREED TO TRY THIS COMPANY WITH A NO RISK RETURN IF UNHAPPY FOR ANY REASON. RECEIVED THE TONER CARTRIDGES. THE FIRST DID NOT WORK SO WAS ISSUED A REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE. BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO EVEN PUT THE REPLACEMENT CATRIDGE IN AND TRY IT, I WAS BEING HARRASED WITH CALLS SAYING I NEEDED TO PAY UP. I REQUEST TO RETURN THE UNUSED CARTRIDGE AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION. I WOULD HIGHLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE AND EVERONE TO AVOID DEALINGS HERE!

They give the whole song and dance about not having to pay if not satisfied and then when I haven't even had a change to use their cartridges, demanding payment. Did not even say on the boxes what color they were or if they were black, etc. so basically had to open every box to see what cartridge it was. Plenty other good companies out there without having to deal with these people. BUYER BE WARE!

DO NOT but ink from this company.!!!!!! The ink cartridge they sold me ruined my printer. Regardless of the age of the printer, THIS COMPANY'S CEO refuses to replace anything. Not the printer, the ink I bought to try and fix the problem, the fee for having it looked at at Office Depot or the cost of a replacement. ABSOLUTE BS. Way to do business Associated Supply Company!!!

We are a small office and Associated treats us as if we are a large Forbes 500 firm. The orders always are correct and arrive generally before they are expected. We consider Associated Supply a valuable business partner.

Associated Supply is the most outstanding vendor with whom we deal. Strong points are: Simone's wonderfully pleasant manner processing our orders, speed of delivery service and general quality of products provided.

I have used Associated Supply for several years. I started when I owned a business and when I sold that and came to work as a manager at a new business I brought with me the contact information for Associated Supply because I believe they have the best prices for ink cartridges!! My new company owner/boss looked at what we got and agreed--we now use Associated Supply for all of our printer needs!! Thank you!!!!!

I have been buying all my ink from Associated Supply for the past year or so. Super friendly people and the ink is great. Mailed and billed as promised.

Every order we place we always get the best service. John is who usually helps us and is always good at keeping up with us and making sure our supplies are fully stocked. Will continue to order from them!

The people at Associated Supply are great to work with and I save significantly on ink I buy from them. Once in the years I've done business with them, I had an ink cartridge that did not perform as expected. They issued a credit immediately and told me to just throw the bad cartridge away. No hassle!

Always able to find the printer ink cartridges needed for the many different printers. Occasionally the wrong cartridge is ordered and Associated Supply gives immediate credit without any hassle. Plan on a long relationship with this vendor.

I have been purchasing my printer ink cartridges from Associated Supply for over 3 years and couldn't be happier. I must admit that I was skeptical when I first received a phone call from them, but the salesperson was so caring and seemed genuine that I thought I would give them a try. We have two Hewlett Packard printers in our household - one for general use and the other for a college daughter who is completing her studies in the Culinary Arts. Her use includes multiple photos of her creations for her portfolio and I must admit the colors and quality can't be beat. I really love the personalized service a customer receives - my representative is James - and he is always ready to assist me in my needs without high pressure and badgering. I really appreciate how they stand behind their products, too. I recently had a faulty(damaged) cartridge which they replaced free of charge. Thank you so much for all that you do - not only for businesses but also for us ordinary individuals!! Kudos to you!!!

We've been ordering here for almost ten years. Very little trouble, but when we did have an issue they made it right. Mario keeps in touch in such a way it's not bothersome, just friendly reminders so we don't get caught short.
