I have been working with Mary for about 4 years. She always calls me to check up on my ink supply. If I need something in between I can always call or email her and get prompt and courteous service. It is like working with a friend. She always emails or calls to let me know if she is going to be out of the office like vacation and such. Thanks Mary for making my job just a little easier.

I would highly recommend Associated Supply to anyone needing fast, friendly service. Our rep Sam Pippens is always upbeat, cheerful and helpful. Great phone friend. I hope to come to
Vegas one day to meet him!

As a new small business we don't use a huge amount of cartridges but we have dealt with Sam our salesman who has always given us a very courteous service and good quality cartridges. He treats us like an old friend and its a pleasure to do business with him and the company. Quick dispatch of goods too.

We've been working with Fred for at least 3 years. Fred provides wonderful customer service, is very knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. He's super easy to talk to and doesn't push to sell his product. He calls when he says he will and provides product that fits our business.

Mary has been providing me excellent service for several years and is always making sure I never run out of toner. She makes sure to check with me periodically in case there is an issue. Her service is first rate all the way.

Mary has been my sales rep for YEARS and she has been wonderful! She is honest, informative and always keeps me laughing! She always knows when to call and if don't need anything she gives me a call a few months down the road! The toner replacements are great - I've never had a problem with them and they also do ink jet replacements. I would highly recommend Mary!

I have been working with Mary Johnson since 2004 and have been through several printers and copiers since then. She has always taken care of my toner cartridge needs. Cartridges have always been reliable; however, the two times a cartridge was not working properly, she replaced it right away without any extra cost.

Been using this company for several years and have always had great service from Fred. If a cartridge doesn't work he will ship a replacement at no charge with no questions asked. Fred provides timely follow-up service and is never pushy. A good company with good prices.

I have been using Associated Supply Company for close to five years now and there customer service is outstanding. There has been minor issues as expected in any business but James Clemons my sales associate is fast to resolve it. If you want to save money on ink this is the place to call.

I am used to going into a store to purchase my ink cartridges for my business. I received a call from Associated Supply Co to give them a try. No money up front no pushy sales person and no auto shipments. The prices were fantastic. To my satisfaction the ink cartridges worked excellently and boy did I save money. Customer service was professional and pleasant. I am glad they called me. I am sold.

Siemone Kamnik is just the best!!!! Always available to assist me with printing supplies for our 6 locations. When I am desperate for a specific toner, Siemone makes certain I received it quickly. Also has taken back cartridges that would not work in our
printers! I wouldn't dream of going any where else for our supplies!

They are quick to take your money. But refuse to give you a refund if the product doesn't work
