Tried a cartridge for my HP4345. Cost was $20 higher than what I was paying, but was told it was a high yield cartridge. Usually get 15K to 18K out of a regular cartridge. Got less than 12K out of this cartridge. Got a call from sales, and I told him of my experience. Besides making a few excuses about coverage and high usage (it is tax season), he said he would send me another one to try. It came with the same invoice...$20 more than I am paying for my current supplier. I got almost 13K. I think I will stick with my current supplier for more output and save $20.

I received a call from them offering toner for free and no payments for 120 days. They gave me a price which was excellent so I gave it a shot. The toner came within a few days and I waited until my machine ran out of toner and put this cartridge in. The printing was light and there were streaks all over the copy. I printed a few more copies to give it a chance and the results just got worst. I immediately called my previous supplier to order a new cartridge since the machine is my life blood. I than contacted Associated who said I must have received a defective cartridge and they would replace it. I told them no thanks since I would not have confidence that the replacement would work. He said this happens sometimes. I told him I have been using laser cartridges for 10 years in various printers and have never had a problem with a cartridge. He then cut me off, told me he would send a prepaid return for the cartridge and close and cancel my invoice. I'm still waiting !! DON"T BUY FROM THEM. PAY A COUPLE BUCKS MORE ELSEWEAR. There's something fishy about a company that will send a cartridge valued at over $100, with no need for a credit card, and payment terms of 120 days.

Have ordered from them on several occasions. Laurel my sales rep is always nice and attentive….I hadn’t had time to order lately and hadn’t heard from her in a few months until this past Friday (3/8)I went ahead and ordered what I needed PLUS a few backups for 4 different printers. All in all 16 toner and 1 drum.Every other time I have ordered from them they have been very competitive on price (if not the lowest very close) and I was in a hurry so I didn’t ask for a total (my fault)…This time however I got the invoice before I received the toner and low and behold it is literally 2x as expensive as other places on line.Some cartridges they billed me $119 for I can get elsewhere for less than $60. The drum the clipped me for $125 but I can find a drum toner combo pack for less than $30.Their invoice for my order was over $1,800 – I priced it other places and I could have gotten it all for less than $900…Long story short – I contacted them and am waiting to hear what they have to say.If they make it right and adjust the price. I would probably order form them again (this time verifying the price).If they do nothing – I will raise a bit more fuss and take my business elsewhere.Let’s see what happens…(P.S. – They actually included an letter with my invoice asking me to come here and review them… we shall see if it changes)

We tried the printer cartridges from this computer about 2 years ago...they didn't work so I returned them. I decided to give them a 2nd try with cartridges for our3 new office printers but after using them less than a week the colors looked faded. Definitely WILL NOT order again.

The shipping was fast and the reps great to work with until I had a problem with one of the toners. The toner printed so light you could hardly read what was printed. When I called they would not replace the toner!!! I was told just to keep using the toner it would maybe get better. The rep also told me I would have 120 days to pay but when I got the bill I had 60 days to pay. Would not buy from again, to many honest places to buy from.

Our company has been ordering from Associated Supply for one year now. They are courteous and their prices are wonderful. We had a problem with one of the HP Toners we ordered and they were very quick to ship us a replacement at no charge. They are definitely our supplier of choice.

I recently had the opportunity to purchase supplies and was completely satisfied with the customer service and the speed of the delivery. It will be the first order of many.

I have been using Associated Supply for several years and have been pleased with all my transactions with them. With rare exception, the toner cartridges have performed as well as the manufacturers OEM replacement cartridges. In the two instances they did not, one call to their customer service I had replacement cartridges shipped to me the same day I called to report the problem. The level of quality product and customer service keeps me coming back and recommend them to anyone.

THEY WILL ADVISE ME OF NEW OR BETTER TONERS TO USE AT A GREAT PRICE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. IF SOMETHING IS DEFECTIVE THEY ALWAYS REPLACED IT WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED. VERY HAPPY WITH THISCOMPANYI.

Have used this company for several years now. Quite satisfied with their product and service. Even though they are in Las Vegas, I usually receive my shipments by the next day or so without even asking.

We had a very good experience with our first order for copier machine toner. A representative contacted us a full 30 days before our payment was due to discuss payment options and a discount. We will consider using this company for future orders. Staff we spoke to were very helpful and professional.
