Disappointed! How can they charge a $10.00 late fee and then an added $7.50 "late charge processing" fee? Even when the monthly HOA payment arrives on time, they have to "process" it. These 2 penalties add up to 42% of the monthly HOA dues. This is taking unfair advantage of seniors on limited income. Heartless!
