Tony and Kimberly are the best! I received their contact information from a realtor and when I called them, Tony was polite, professional and ready to appraise. They had a complicated appraisal to do being that it was an addition that was not permitted. Their task was truly a challenge yet they tackled it with positivity and great communication, updating me throughout the process.
