I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism. I have been promised numerous times delivery dates only to be strung along for weeks even months on a number of items.. The owner of the shop will tell you that she has more important clients and grotesquely name drop. The custom $6,000 bed I ordered that was promised to be delivered in December now April. Not only has not arrived but am now finding out the wrong fabric was ordered,Of course and was not told until I called and emailed repeatedly. I have been ducked and dodged by the owner for months and when I asked for a refund I was told no. Now however I am ready to move into my new home with out a bed my refund is being granted. stay away from this store unless you are "Andre Agassi" or "The Bellagio."
