Your company is very professional! Great service! All my questions were answered and the techs were very clean.

The guy that came to my home did an excellent job. He should be commended and recieve "double time" for all that he did. I appreciate everything that was completed.

There should be more men like the men that came to my home to dod the install of my new air conditioning package. They were promt, clean and professional.

We wanted to take the time to compliment your staff, and ensure that they are recognized for their hard work. Unfortunately, our air conditioner failed in the early morning hours of July. After examination by your service tech, it was determined that the compressor was no longer functioning. Your supervisor took his time to explain our options to us (while sitting in a very uncomfortable house) and permitted my wife and I to speak privately amongst ourselves, after all, we were considering a major purchase. After deciding to replace the whole system, the supervisortold us that the crew would work as late as necessary to install our new system, avoiding the need to get a hotel room for the night.



Your installers arrived at approximately 5 pm and immediately started working. As hot as the house was, I couldn't imagine how much hotter our attic was for them while they replaced the furnace and heat exchanger. Not once did I hear them complain about being uncomfortable. They worked until 10 pm to get the system installed and functioning.



Please let your crew know how much we appreciate their hard work. Obviously, it wasn't enjoyable having our AC fail in the hot Vegas weather. We were extremely thankful, however, for ARS and your staff.

ARS's technicians are very congenial, clean, courteous and professional. I received a duct cleaning and the technicians made sure that my houe stayed cleaned. I asked before they started if they were going to make a mess and was told no. What little mess they made they cleaned it up! My house was left in the same condition as when they arrived, plus my ducts were spotless throughout! For what I spent on the services I think I got my monies worth! Thanks ARS!

When i called ARS to get some answers to some concerns that I had, I spoke with the call center manager. He took his time and went over all the benefits of maintenance for my air conditioning units and was very knowledgeable. Usually, companies just want your money and don't care, but I did not get this feeling with ARS. I scheduled my services with David and I will be signing up on their home servicing plan. I am also sending in a letter to upper management to let them know what a great job the call center manager did and how helpful he was.
