Provided by YP.comThank you to Armada for assisting me in getting my collection account cleared up. I was assuming my insurance company resolved this bill with my doctor but unfortunately their was a balance that was my responsibility and I made an error by overlooking it. The collector at Armada worked with me on a payment arrangement and I was able to get my bill paid off!
