I bought my Nissan couple months ago. I must say if you are looking for a car go here. There were no games and the price was very reasonable. You can buy your car without credit check and no interest. Great Service.

I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I came in with my 2002 MDX from California. The entire team, Mori, Angel and Farid all worked together to find me a vehicle in my price range and that fit my needs easily. I am so appreciated of their help and service and could not be more please with my purchase and the professionalism of the entire dealership! I would definitely recommend them to my friends/family. I made the mistake of buying TWO cars from these people. The first one seemed fine until we took it to get aligned, Pep Boys said it could not be realigned because it had been in an accident and the undercarriage had damage. Ark Autos offered to repair it after we returned complaining. It took 2 more days than they told us and when we finally got it back, the check engine light was on. We continued to have problems with that car until the next year when we traded it in for another. That one ended up breaking down several times in the heat, needed brakes replaced, tires replaced, and a new battery, among other things. Ridiculous for a car that I bought less than a year ago.



In summary, you're putting about as much risk into buying a car from Ark Autos as you would buying from a stranger on craigslist. It really just seems like they buy cars from the auction and sell them off without repairing or ensuring that they will last.

My name is jack,i have purchased several cars from ark autos, one had couple issues but i cannot stop talking about how they took care of me when i went back, i was unemployed and Shawn had his mechanics fix my car and he told me not to worry about it until i have money...god bless them and i hope they would stay successful,i know lots of people who farid and Shawn took care of at no cost and even gave them money to get by...thank you again..

I am very happy with the services and the truth about the car that Mr shawn and his associate kami assisted me with. To make sure that they never ever do business in this place. They are fraud. The claim the car is perfect, Only for it to fall apart. They sell USED DAMAGED CARS not actual working cars!!! I would rather pay thousands of dollars in interest than to buy a car from unprofessional, rude , disrespectful businessmen. Never Again!
