I would say that I do NOT Recommend them, Buyer Beware, It cost me $200+ to find this out.
I will never go there again, and would Highly Recommend going to someone else.

do not buy from this company, they are very unprofessional when it comes to fixing a problem once you bought it. they dont advice for what would be needed they advice you to buy everything else so they can make their money . dont let them fool you into thinking they care because its "family owned" cuz thats probably how they treat you, like a brother or sister that you hate being around or doing anything for. yup definitely family. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I bought a GE refrigerator defrost timer from Appliance Parts Center. I found the part I received was I different part number from my old part. I brought it back and was told the part is interchanged; it is the later part from GE. I checked again on the web and found the old part is a 16 hour timer and the part I received is a 10 hour timer. Maybe I could install the 10 hour timer but I would be using energy 50% more often then needed. I wish I had been advised of the difference before purchasing.

I had a heating company come out to my home and when they couldn't find the problem as to why my gas furnace had no spark, I got to troubleshooting it and believed it to be the Honeywell Intermittent Pilot Module. I called Appliance Parts Center and Arnesto answered the phone and concured, so I drove over got the part and installed it. It didn't fire up at first so I called Arnesto and he walked me through 1 change from the old module to the new module and WALA, it works and I have heat! Arnesto really came through for me, not only did he have the part, he helped me (at NO extra charge) to get it working. KUDOS

I am a do it your self personallity exactly like you must be to even bother reading my response. Monte whom I know has SOLVED more problems for me than I can ever thank him enough for. ALL staff there get you THE answer. I give them a 10 for 10!

I've used this company several times. They are reasonably priced and offer good service. I highly recommend them.
