Provided by YP.comWARNING: Be Careful. This company is cheating. Check the reviews in google as well. I tried to rent a car. when I arrived, there was no car despite I had the confirmation and I already paid the car by credit-card through their website. until now, I am still waiting to get my money back. I found out, that also other people are still waiting for their money. their Website looks nice but it is completely cheating. Moreover, I bet I will get a reply to this negative rating and of course, it will be my fault. again, Check also the google reviews. It's not me only who dont get back the deposit.

I ask CLEAR for a 22 day-rent for January 2015 from Las Vegas. I had some questions because payment and ask for a CLEAR answer from a responsible leader-person. I wrote a long mail.
The only one what was the poore reply: A 16-words joke "...Yes, we can reserve a car for you..." Thats all. EVERYONE can (and will) do this; THIS was not one of my much questions. It seem this company or Apex-branch is not reliable to treat customers as a value.
In many rewievs was to read they have only filthy and old cars, and they like to add miles on the contract... So check the mileage ! Many fraudster in the car rental business in USA. Someone are to stupid to answer clear on clear questions before booking.

Provided by YP.comI rented a car from these guys and it was good. Their staff was friendly which is nice. But, the next time I came to rent a car in town I checked online and found better rates through http://www.sincitycarrentals.com There's only a few cash car rentals places in Las Vegas it appears but they're the ones with the best rates so far. I just can't wait until I have good credit and don't have to mess with the no credit card required places anymore! Note: Both places had a good selection of cars so it just depends on your preference and budget

Provided by YPmobileThis place is renting out cars that are not registered or insured I recently rented a car from Aztec suppose to have the car for a week after my second day of having the car metro police pull me over long story short metro tells me that the car was not insured or registered and that they are impounding the car I paid 69 dollars for insurance thru Aztec I tell the officer and the officer tells me its not valid so needless to I got 2 tickets for no insurance and registration and had to walk home when I call Aztec to let them know what's going on the gentlemen that works there was very rude and refused to pay me back my money even the 250 dollar deposit I had put down so I am now getting a lawyer don't rent a car from this place they rip you off
We are licensed, insured and bonded by the state of Nevada and Clark County. We offer an umbrella policy that covers all of our fleet, without which, we could not even obtain a business license. This customer was pulled over for talking on her phone and not for insurance reasons. The only problem was that she was handed an insurance card on a different vehicle in error. Tried to work out this problem with her by providing her good customer service and offered a partial refund, however she kept calling and threatening us by means of hiring an attorney. I have realized that you can't keep everybody happy no matter how hard you try.
