WORST SERVICE EVER. Broken promises and lie after lie after lie. The very worst part was the "customer service" ?? The "female" in the office told me she "DID NOT CARE WHEN MY VEHICLE ARRIVED TO MY DEALERSHIP". Shame on Anthony's Towing for allowing their employees to treat hard working people sooo rudely. GO ELSEWHERE PEOPLE. We work way too hard for our money to spend it where it is not appreciated. And to the "female" in the office, you need to find a job you like.

Towed us almost 30 miles more than necessary. There were 3 service stations within 5 miles, but Anthony towed us 30 miles to a friend's station after offering to "do us a favor." Cost us over $300 unnecessarily. Stranded us in a dark alley in a bad neighborhood. So bad that the taxi company couldn't find a taxi willing to come get us.

I called a mechanic shop he had them send anthony towing. They got there in good time considering my car broke down 2 weeks before and the other company took an hour.. long story short .. instead pf towing my car all it needed was a jump ... great help cost me less hence being greatful

My experience was TERRIBLE. Despite my telling the company my cross-streets, address, and the name of the business I was at, the guy couldn't find my location. He acted like it was my fault that he was lost. He walked up to me with a cigarette in his mouth and had a bad attitude the whole time he was there. He didn't know where my garage was, so I had to lead him. The parking area is one way only, so we told him he'd have to turn around. He sped off, and turned around so fast that he DROPPED MY CAR OFF OF THE TRUCK. (I don't yet know if my car has been damaged by his irresponsible actions.) He then backed up to my car, got out of his truck, and drove it to park it. (My car was NOT supposed to be driven, because it was having engine troubles.) Afterward, as he filled out paperwork, he made me stand in the middle of the road as he sat in his truck and filled out his portions. DON'T USE ANTHONY'S TOWING UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED. I ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T PUT NONE!
